Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Registration and Account Information
Each user is allowed only one (1) active account at a time. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or permanent closure. 834 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as ID card or passport at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login information confidential. Do not share your account details with any other party. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, please contact the 834 support team immediately. Our platform uses SSL encryption to protect all transmitted data, but additional security depends on the precautions you take.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 834 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment options displayed on the platform. The available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
All deposits are final once confirmed. Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts registered under the same user name. 834 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may be subject to internal compliance review.
Taxation and Tax Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the 834 platform under applicable Malaysian tax laws. 834 is not liable for any user tax liabilities.
User Responsibilities and Usage Restrictions
By using the 834 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to exploit platform systems.
- Committing fraud, identity forgery, or any activity violating Malaysian law.
- Sharing accounts or transferring account balances to third parties without permission.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or interference with 834 systems, servers, or databases.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that violate the stated terms.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action if necessary.
834 Liability Limits
834 provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 834 is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses resulting from technical disruptions or platform maintenance.
- Losses resulting from users’ betting or gaming decisions.
- Unauthorized access to accounts caused by user negligence.
- Delays in transaction processing due to factors beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
834 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close user accounts under the following conditions:
- User violates any of the terms in this document.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- User failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
- Account linked to money laundering or financial crime activities.
- User found to have more than one active account.
If an account is closed due to terms violations, 834 reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending internal investigation. Users will be notified via the registered email.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Terms Changes
All content on the 834 platform including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface designs are the exclusive property of 834 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 834 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Use of such websites is at your own risk.
834 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from use of the 834 platform.
